Who we are

Natural Wellness of Virginia is operated by Cannaboid LLC, a licensed Virginia hemp farm. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to get it removed.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and email, when you give them to us.
• Your ticket orders and event sign-ups.
• Your visits — when your member card or ticket is scanned at an event or market.

We never collect or keep card numbers. If card payment is offered, it happens on the payment company's own page.

Why we collect it

• To send you your tickets and check you in at the door.
• To run your member card and count your show-ups.
• To send the weekly letter — but only if you ticked the box asking for it.

We never sell it

We never sell or rent anyone's information to anyone. We share it only with the services that help us run things (our text sender, our web host, and Gmail for sending email), and only so they can do that job.

Texts and emails

Every text we send lets you reply STOP to stop. Every weekly letter has a one-click unsubscribe link. Ticket emails and texts are about your order only. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

Gmail

We use our Gmail account only to SEND our emails — your tickets and the weekly letter. We do not read your mail or anyone else's.

Getting your information removed

Email farmerrobcannaboid@gmail.com and ask. We will tell you what we have, fix it, or delete it.

Age

Our events are for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
